Any illegal activities, including transporting illegal substances or engaging in any other illegal activity in the vehicle, are strictly prohibited. We take our responsibility as Turo hosts seriously and expect our guests to do the same. Additionally, towing is not permitted with our vehicle. It's important to use the appropriate towing equipment and weight limits for your vehicle, and our car is not designed for this purpose. We expect our guests to return the car in the same condition as they received it, aside from normal wear and tear. Any excessive dirt or debris can cause damage to the interior and result in a cleaning fee. Lastly, we request that our guests use premium gasoline in our vehicle. Our car's engine is designed for high performance, and using lower grade gasoline can cause engine damage and decrease fuel efficiency.   No, the Mustang is not designed for off-road use. Please keep the car on paved roads and refrain from driving on rough or unpaved terrain.

  If you get into an accident or encounter a problem with the car, please contact Turo immediately for assistance. Turo provides 24/7 roadside assistance and can help you with any issues you may have.

• Can I smoke in the car?

  No, smoking is not allowed in the car. If you or any of your passengers smoke in the car, you will be subject to a cleaning fee.

• How clean does the car need to be when I return it?

  Please return the car in the same condition you received it in. If the car requires excessive cleaning, you may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

• What kind of fuel does the 2020 Mustang require?

  The 2020 Ford Mustang requires premium gasoline, which is typically 91 octane or higher.

• How do I open the convertible top on the Mustang?

  To open the convertible top, locate the switch near the rearview mirror, turn on the car, release the latch on the windshield header, and then press and hold the switch until the top starts to retract. Wait for the top to fully retract before releasing the switch.
