Are you willing to adjust the mileage limits set?
I prefer to keep the allocated mileage limit, but am willing to work on a case-by-case basis. Please let me know if you plan to exceed the mileage limit.
Are you flexible on pick-up/drop-off times?
Yes. Please keep me informed in advance and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Please give me advance notice if you want to extend your rental period or if you cannot return the car at the scheduled time. If you do not communicate, you may be charged an automatic late fee.
Is this car pet-friendly?
I prefer no pets. However, if you must bring your pet along, please let me know in advance. Please put down cargo liners on the seats and take full responsibility for vacuuming and cleaning up completely before returning the car. If the car is not cleaned upon return, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee for any pet-related cleaning issues.
Is it okay to smoke in the car?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited. The Turo no-smoking policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. Please do not smoke or allow any of your passengers to smoke while using the vehicle. There is an automatic cleaning fee for violation of the Turo no-smoking policy: $50 charge for any lingering smoke scent that requires removal $150 charge for smoke scent removal and cleaning of physical remnants of smoking (e.g. ash, cigarette butts, burn marks, etc.) $250 charge for removal of smoke scent and physical remnants of smoking plus additional cleaning issues

Though the reason for this trip was sad, Melissa’s willingness provided a ray of sunshine. She was very communicable and easy to get along with. I used two different cars this trip. Both were rented from Melissa and both performed perfectly. I am both grateful and appreciative. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely be looking for 5 Star Melissa!!!
