Lost Key will result in a $400 fee This Vehicle is only allowed to be driven in the Kansas & Kansas City, Missouri surrounding areas. This Vehicle is required to be returned at a full tank or gas level at pick-up, failure to do so will result in additional fees. No burn outs, off-roading or donuts allowed in this vehicle and it’s not to be used for racing of any kind. You will be responsible for any damage or cleaning fee's as a result of not obeying these guidelines. If this vehicle is towed for any reason, a $400 fee will be charged on top of the tow fee. 1) No one else will be permitted to drive the vehicle unless you add the driver to the trip and confirm the approval. 2) You agree to pick up & drop off the vehicle IN PERSON. No one else is permitted or authorized to do so on your behalf. If you fail to adhere to this policy, you will be subject to an automatic cancellation, fines and/or penalties. 3) This vehicle is not to be used in or for any illegal activity, including and not limited to drag racing, drifting, tire burnouts, drug use or transportation, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapons transportation or crossing state lines without approval.
