Guest self check-in, Lockbox The vehicle will be parked in the Economy lot at the airport. You will receive a notification 30 minutes prior to the start of your trip, providing the vehicle’s location, the lockbox code, and photos to help identify the exact parking spot. Please note that there are no free parking options available at Kansas City International Airport (KCI). All vehicles will be parked in the Economy lot by default. The cost for Economy parking is $9.00 per 24-hour period. Alternatively, garage parking is available at a rate of $28.00 for stays ranging from 6 to 24 hours.

*Please note that you must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to book this vehicle. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all vehicles listed on the Turo platform. Any violation of Turo’s smoking policy will result in a $150 fee, plus a 3% processing fee. Additionally, violations may lead to the closure of your Turo account. You will receive a clean and sanitized vehicle at the start of your rental. Please ensure that the vehicle is returned in the same condition and is not misused or neglected. If the vehicle is returned with significant cleanliness issues, Turo may impose a $150 cleaning fee, plus a 3% processing fee. In certain cases, and at their discretion, this may also result in removal from the Turo platform.

• How do I open the gas tank⛽️?

  On the driver side of the car lift up the edge of the floor liner and you were clearly see a latch with a gas tank on it. Pull on that lever in the gas latch will open.

• The passenger doors will not open from the keyless entry key.

  When you press the unlock button on your keyless entry do not press and rapidly. Press once for the driver side door wait one second press again and all other doors will open.
