Can I go over the mileage limit?

Can I bring a pet?
I prefer no pets. However, if you must bring your pet along, please let me know in advance and receive my approval before your trip begins. As a reminder, Turo will charge a $150 cleaning violation fee plus a 3% processing fee if you transport a pet without approval, return the car with a significant amount of animal hair, or return the car with a cleaning issue that could have only been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior. Are you flexible on pick-up/drop-off times?
Yes. Please request any changes to the pick-up/drop-off times via the Turo platform. If you keep me informed in advance, I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Please give me advance notice if you want to extend your rental period or if you cannot return the car at the scheduled time. If you do not communicate, you may be charged an automatic late fee. Great car and easy process. Melissa was helpful and responsive. The only struggle was at the time of drop off because we were provided the wrong code for the lockbox to place the car key. It took about 40 mins. This was our first time using Turo, so be sure you get to the airport with plenty of time in case of any incident at drop off. Beside that, everything was smooth and positive.
