Guidelines
Please note. Cleanliness: Car will be given clean. Please make sure to return it in the same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and/or shakedown of the floor mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If the car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest purchasing a post-trip cleaning option. GAS; Car will usually have a full tank of gas please return it with the same gas level. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same fuel level as when picked up per Turo policy. If it’s not returned at the same level, you will be charged the actual fuel cost + $10 inconvenience fee for refueling. 🚭🚭🚭Absolutely no smoking. If there is any lingering smell or any other evidence of smoking, you will be charged at least $150 detailing fee. Car available for delivery at request No off road! Thank you...

Delivery and check-in will be contactless and through a lockbox; this is so to avoid unnecessary waste of each other's time because flight delays do happen, so in case these happens, contactless delivery makes it easier to deal with. Car will be staged at the economy parking lot.

Host's directions to car were great; GPS was not. So ignore Google maps and go off written directions. Car was clean and worked smoothly. There was a fragrance can in the car so alert the host ahead of time if you are sensitive to fragrances.
