Guidelines
DUE TO COVID-19, I REQUIRE A NEGATIVE COVID TEST UPON CHECK-IN. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND. ALOHA AND STAY HEALTHY NO rough driving, NO off-roading, NO trips to Mauna Kea or Mauna Loa or down Waimea valley. If you plan to do these activities, this car is not for you. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, NO DRINKING and NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ALLOWED INSIDE THE CAR. Exploring nature - mountains, volcano, beaches - are the top activities to do in the Big Island. All I ask is that you bring towels so the seats won’t get soaked from swimming at the beach, or that the interior gets vacuumed from sandy feet, or the car gets washed if it gets muddy. There are drive-thru carwash places I can recommend if needed, or we can do it for you for a fee (doesn’t include stains, smoke, excess sand).

Car was great for cruising around Kona. Only complaint was the miscommunication in the “free delivery” to and from the airport. The owner would like rides to and from the airport to save her money on Uber fares. I have never had a Turo owner ask that of me and would have liked to know that up front.

Once again, I apologize for the confusion. It was a simple request you could’ve declined. Most of my guests appreciate it because it saves them money. But I appreciate the feedback. I have learned my lesson and now charge delivery fee.

Professional, reliable, friendly with true Aloha vibe. Sheena went out of her way to accommodate us - her car was clean, ran well, and got us everywhere on the island we needed to go. Will absolutely rent again from Sheena!
