If you had signed up for Turo insurance, you were not charged. To be insured driving a private owner car, you'd have to buy the Turo insurance coverage; but, as a local rental car company, some major credit cards may cover collision for free if you paid with the card; although they do not cover liability, most personal auto policies extend liability &/or collision coverage to rental cars at no extra cost! For both your protection and ours, if you're not buying our insurance protections waivers you must make sure you have proof of full comprehensive, liability and collision coverage that will cover your rental car in Hawaii. Call your insurance provider to acquire your Declaration Page to show us via a printed document, login from your phone, show us the email,  or we can call your insurance during open hours and verify over the phone. It takes both CDW and LW for our full-coverage insurance protection waivers. Or, we can have your car parked and ready at the airport parking lot directly across from the baggage claim and you can take it from there; but, there may be a small fee paid at the exit gate of the airport parking lot up to $15 for this option, and it will be required prior to 8am and past 5pm. AIRPORT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: We usually plan to meet you at our lot 2 minutes from the airport, at 592 Haleakala Hwy, Kahului, across from Costco, and we can give you a ride right to your terminal Or, you can park your car at the airport parking lot, directly across from baggage claim if it's more convenient for a one-time $15 airport parking lot fee charged at the airport parking exit gate.
