*I will be disinfecting the car after each trip to help insure a safe travel for all of my guest. ALL common areas that are touched will be wiped down with disinfecting wipes. The car is located within a 2-5 minute walk to & from the Grove St Path train in Jersey City. Delivery is also available! Looking for a safe and reliable car for yourself or friends & family? Well look no more! This 2017 Toyota Camry SE can get the job done with safety and comfort in mind. Some of those features include: Bluetooth Connectivity 📲 Back-up Camera Great MPG: 24 City / 33 Highway with ECO Mode and Sport Mode Great Trunk Space Safety features include: 10 Advanced Airbags Vehicle Stability Control Traction Control Electronic Brake-Force Distribution Anti-Locking Brakes Brake Assist All scheduled maintenance is performed on time. Tires are replaced at 5/32” and tire pressure is checked regularly. * Delivery Available only in New Jersey (fees and services varies by location) * Close to major NYC/NJ transit (PATH) * Close to the Holland tunnel and Newark Airport. * Unlimited Mileage option also available. EZ PASS/TOLL DEVICE Provided: Save time and money with discounted toll prices while traveling. One time fee of $3.00 + tolls incurred will be billed through Turo. (The EZ Pass will be in the car for all trips and you will only be charged the fee if it's used) What else? * There is no smoking or vaping in this vehicle. If the car is smoked in, there is a $150 smoking fee. Please read Turos cleaning policy for more details. * All fines, tickets and tolls incurred by the renter during the rental period is the renters responsibility to pay. * I will always provide a full tank of gas, the gas tank should be returned with a full tank of gas. IF you don't fill the car up, it is no problem but there will be a $10.00 fill up fee. * Please return the car the same way you received it (clean). If returned dirty, there will be a $15 cleaning fee issued. I look to provide the best customer service available so please don't be afraid to ask any questions. I know what it feels like to be on the end of bad customer service so I will make sure you get treated with exceptional service. If there is dog hair left in the car from your trip, there will be a cleaning fee issued. The amount will be determined on how much dog hair was left in the car. Absolutely no smoking in this car. Please be considerate of other guest because a lot of people are sensitive to smoke smell. Smoking fee is $150 and if there is cleaning involved due to smoking in the car there is an additional $50 - $100 depending on the severity of smoke related cleaning. * If you have any questions about delivery, or just any question about the car at all, please feel free to ask at anytime. * Any tickets incurred during a trip are subject to a $10 fee, plus the cost of the ticket / tickets.

    Picking up and dropping off the car are contactless. It is a very fast and convenient process where the car will be unlocked for you remotely when you get to the car.

The trip was cancelled because I was late. Then took me 30min to call Turo service to rebook the same car. I think he should at least text me a warning before cancel the trip. Also, don’t use personal phone to text him directly, because Turo won’t have a record on any text message not going through Turo. When there is dispute, it is tough to argue without the text conversation as proof.

I texted you pick up instructions about 4 hours before your trip started and I received no response after contacting you multiple times. You did not tell me you were going to be late at any point in time. You had 0 communication with me. All you had to do was text, turo message me or call me and let me know and you did none of the above. There is no text conversation on your end because you did not communicate with me. Please be more responsible next time by letting the host know you’ll be late
