A. Kindly return car as clean as it was picked up, inside and out; it helps us prepare it for the next guest as there is typically little time in between rentals. The guest before you was kind enough to do the same for you. Otherwise, I will need to get the car cleaned professionally and you will incur a cleaning charge and an administrative fee. B. Please return the vehicle at the same gas level as it was when you picked it up. C. No smoking is permitted in the car. Any smoke smell will be billed a cleaning fee to ozone it out. Additionally, violations of this rule will result in a $500 to $1,000 usd fine. D. No pets are allowed in the car. Violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee and a fine. ADA service animals allowed, but renter still 100% responsible for any damages caused by animal.

• What type of tires does the car come with?

  In summer, fall and spring the car will have all-season tires on. In winter, it will have snow tires on.

• Can I pick up the car early?

  Please request changes to trips through the Turo platform. Cars cannot be released to renter unless that time is covered under Turo's Insurance policy.

• What do I do if I’m locked out?

  Call or text host to assess options. You might be responsible for a lock out fee.

• How do you handle tolls?

  To save money and easily pay tolls in WA state, the car has a Good To Go! Flex Pass installed on the inside front windshield right below the rearview mirror. When driving through any photo enforcement lane, be sure to have the right setting selected, TOLL or HOV-High Occupancy Vehicle based on number of passengers. To use the HOV setting most toll areas require a minimum of 2 passengers but some require 3 occupants. The HOV setting lets you carpool for free in the I-405 express toll lanes and SR 167 HOT lanes when you have enough people in your car, 2 or 3 depending on tolling area (check most updated rules before use at the WA state DOT ‘s Good To Go website: https://mygoodtogo.com). The bill will be settled after you return the car. Sometimes it can take a few weeks to get the final bill. An administrative fee of $6 usd will be charged for every day you use a toll, plus the tolls (toll-free HOV lane use with the Flex Pass does not accrue admin fees).
