The car was absolutely stunning. I don’t have a single complaint about it. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and drives like a dream. The rental process was not. We flew in from MD and arrived an hour earlier than my time for pickup, I let the owner know we had arrived. They informed me they were picking the car up from the dealership because the previous renter got two flat tires, but they would be there at our scheduled time. They even sent video to my cell showing they were at the dealership. The car finally arrived 30 minutes later than my scheduled time. I was told they would refund me $150 for the inconvenience and I would not be held to the mileage restriction. We get in the car and the gas light is on, so we head straight to a gas station to fill it up. When it was time to return the car, we were at the airport on time but no one was there to take possession of the car. Messaged on Turo with no response. Messaged on their cell also. A phone call came in 15 minutes later stating they were on their way and would be to us in 10 minutes and have the $150 refund in cash to give me. Another 15 minutes passes, no one is there. I call back because we need to get into the airport for our flight. I’m told to leave the car in the departure lane with the key in it and they will remotely lock it, then they’ll cashapp me a refund. 10 minutes after we leave the car, I get a message that they have the car in their possession and will confirm the refund shortly. Never comes. Late that night I’m asked if I have Zelle. Yes I do, it’s linked to my phone numbler. No response. No refund. I paid the extra $100 to have it delivered to Dallas Love Field rather than Dallas Fort Worth, plus being able to return without filling it up, plus the cleaning fee... all for the convenience of not having to worry about it all while on my trip. Having to wait both for delivery and drop off was very inconvenient, plus having to fill the car with gas before I could go anywhere. The least that could be done was refund my $100 for delivery and $60 for gas. They were pleasant in all conversations, never any disrespect, but I have now been ignored for days after promising to make it right. I messaged again yesterday to see if it was just forgotten about, with no response. (I have waited more than 5 days for a resolution before posting my review.)

We apologized that your experience wasn’t like the few thousand others before you that usually go smooth. Ppl damaging the car before your hour early arrival was beyond our control. I could have canceled on you to avoid this potential negative review but I jumped a thousand hoops to get the car to you. Again, the dealership delayed out of our control. Your request has gone unanswered due to my partner being involved in a near fatal accident & being hospitalized. We wish you nothing but the best!
