Welcome, Whether you are planning well in advance or need a last-minute rental, we are happy to help! Thank you for your interest in the Kia Forte. The car is ready to go and can be picked up shortly after booking. ***In this uncertain time we are very diligent in keeping you safe. Every car is thoroughly sanitized before the next trip to ensure the safety of our guests. ***If you need the vehicle delivered to your address, please text message me to the number listed above, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if at all possible. ***This car requires premium 91 octane gas. Please keep all fuel receipts when returning the car ***THE CAR HAS ACCESS TO THE FOLLOWING TOLL ROADS 73, 133, 141, 261 and the charges will apply to my account via the license plate. Once your trip is over, I will send you the charges as a reimbursement request. For all other toll roads you will need to pay the toll yourself. Please refer to "guidelines" for more details on paying for all other tolls/tickets. ***If you take the car for 2 weeks or longer, we will pick you up from your location, and at the end of your trip we will pick up the car from the location that is convenient for you. Guidelines

To avoid post trip fees, please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas and same clean condition you receive it in. No food or any beverages inside of the vehicle, any stains will result in a deep cleaning fee. 🚫🚭NO SMOKING🚫🚭!! Charges will be applied if there are odors/traces of smoking inside. No smoking/marijuana/fragrance/air fresheners, any lingering smell will be reported to Turo and charged up to $250 🚫🐶🐱NO PETS🚫❌ UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL BY HOST IS RECEIVED (if approved, Extra Pet fee of $100 will be added when booking cover any post trip cleaning)

  • What kind of gas does it take?

    Please fuel the car with regular gas.

  • What do I do if I get a ticket or toll road ticket?

    You’re responsible for paying any bridge/road tolls. The car has access to the following toll roads (73, 261, 133, 241) and will charge to my account via the license plate, which will then result in a reimbursement request from me. All other Tolls and Parking/Traffic Tickets must be paid by the Renter directly to the corresponding agency BEFORE we receive a notice in the mail in order to avoid a convenience fee of $20. As long as the ticket is not a moving violation or photo ticket, and you Notify Turo/Host and pay them off, Turo won’t charge you any extra fees.

  • What do I do if I get into an accident?

    - The Turo insurance card is located in the glove box. - Please report all accidents to Turo as soon as possible. Always obtain the following information of each driver, passenger, and witness: - Name - Address - Phone number - Name is insurance company and policy number from all vehicles involved - If possible please take pictures and/or video - Call Turo at 1-415-965-4525 for 24/7 customer support 


  • Can someone else drive the car?

    If you want someone to help you with the driving, you’ll need to add them as an additional driver. Secondary drivers must: • have an account and be approved to drive on Turo • access the vehicle only with primary driver present • drive only with the primary driver present •never have access to the primary driver's account information - If you give your phone, account information, or other access to the secondary driver to allow them to drive the car without you, we’ll hold you responsible for any damages and may remove you from Turo !

  • Can I extend my trip?

    If you need more time for your trip, notify the host and request an extension. In the app, tap “Change trip” to submit your request. If the host denies your request, you must return the car at the original time.
