The car was clean and exactly as we expected. This was our first Turo experience and we will use them again. The instructions to enter the car were clear as they were to leave the car after the rental. Photos are recommended and you will be prompted at the right time to take the photos before and after the trip. You do not need to anticipate that need, just follow the prompts - that was a lesson I learned.
