Faqs
Can I drive extra miles?
Yes, you may. Extra mileage at the rate specified for your car will be charged upon return. If you're planning a long-distance trip, I suggest adding "Unlimited Mileage" Extra at checkout to return the car worry-free.
Do I have to refill the gas before returning it?
Not if you have added "Prepaid refuel" Extra at checkout. Otherwise, in order to avoid Turo's fees, the car must be fully fueled with premium 91 gasoline upon return. Please leave all your receipts in the glove box.
Do I have to return the car clean?
Please be mindful to the next renter and return the car in the same clean condition that you picked it up. Dirt, mud, hard to clean floor mats, food or liquid spills will incur a cleaning fee per Turo’s policy.
Can i smoke in the car?
Any kind of smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all my cars. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of $250 per Turo's policy.
What if I get a parking ticket?
All parking tickets (tolls) need to be paid directly by you once you get the ticket. If you fail to pay the parking ticket you will be charged for the ticket, plus any penalties, and a $25 admin fee charged directly by Turo.
Can I return the car later?
If you'd like to extend the rental, go to your trip details and select "Modify Trip" button. As long as the car is available I will approve your request.
