The Car rode smoothly and was clean and no issues. Pick up process was easy and efficient.

Car had some trouble, including inconsistent working ac. They use a very strong chemical to clean the car and/or an air freshener and it really made my daughter feel sick the entire trip. Armando was quick to respond but when I brought up the issue with the AC, he wasn’t able to help. He suggested I take it to a mechanic and he would reimburse me the cost to fix it. I didn’t have time to do this, because I was in town for a convention. Anyway, Armando tried to make it right by waiving the airport transfer fee. I basically did everything I could to avoid using the car, including eating at the hotel. Lastly, Armando was 30 minutes late to our arranged drop off time. Luckily I gave myself plenty of time to not be late to my flight. Overall, Armando and his sister were very nice and apologetic.

The car was in good shape and drove well. The only thing about it was the heavy scent of the car cleaner or air freshener. It could be a lot less and still be effective. The host was accommodating and quick to respond. Pick up and drop off was easy.
