How to charge?
The supercharger locations are indicated on the map in the center screen. You can also charge at chargepoint chargers, I can provide chargepoint RFID card or enable the charger via phone. Most chargepoint chargers are free! Tesla also has a destination charging network. More details here: https://www.tesla.com/destination-charging
What if I'm running out of charge? Cold weather??
All Tesla vehicles have some reserve capacity. Depending on the battery age, this will range from 10-20 miles. You might be able to drive few miles even after the range indicator displays 0 miles. If you are going to run out of charge, please slow down as much as possible. At slower speeds less electricity is used and you might be able to drive further than the range indicated. Please look for the nearest charger using chargepoint or plugshare apps. Even a 110 volt outlet might give you enough range to reach a supercharger. After the reserve capacity is used up and the car shuts down, it'll need to be towed. In cold weather, due to heating the range is reduced by up-to 30%. Please charge accordingly to reach your destination. To extend range please use seat heaters and reduce the climate control temperature.

Sunny is the absolute best possible host! He is so knowledgeable about the car and gave me so much helpful information. He is incredibly responsive before, during and after the trip (within a few minutes). Sunny was extremely flexible with pickup location, drop-off location and time. We had free supercharging all along our route driving up the east coast. The car was also very clean. If you're apprehensive about renting this car, don't be. Great car and great guy.

Sunny was a wonderful, thorough and very accommodating. As a first time Tesla driver, it was an exciting trip and Sunny helped orient me to all the features of the Tesla S and I had a great trip. Will definitely be a returning customer.
