The vehicle will NEVER be parked in a handicap spot or on Saint Charles Street as this street is metered parking and may be subjected to a bill for any tickets incrued. However, the car will most likely be parked in any open parking spot on Capitol Street in front of the apartment complex buildings or parallel parked on the next street over (Still Capitol Street). These are FREE!

Car had severe damage in the rear passenger door that was never disclosed. Looking for a refund of my money

Sorry! The damage was not severe nor did it hinder the vehicle’s function. We informed you that we were aware of all the minor cosmetic imperfections that you pointed out & you would not be blamed; you still chose to keep the vehicle for the entire trip. Threatening for a refund due to issues that did not affect the usage of the vehicle & managing to bring it back with new damage was not very satisfactory as a renter. But it’s now unlisted & being repaired for the next renter to enjoy! Thank You
