From my late night, last minute reservation, to extending the trip an extra day, then finally returning the vehicle...it all went down smooth and made simple. Dexy will provide you with all the info and instructions you need before you pick up the vehicle. Then, he will remotely give you access to the vehicle and you are free to go about your business. He will not bother you or check on you throughout the trip, but he's always just a call or text away if you need something. Drop off and check out is also as simple so long as you do your part in caring for the vehicle and you communicate when needed, then you will have a great experience.

This rental was great- beautiful car. The customer service was the best I ever seen. He was super great about everything last minute since our last car was canceled. Throughout the trip I had to push back the rental time due to flight changes. Super accommodating. Easy to talk to. Checked up on our trip to see how we were doing. Over all will rent from him again!
