You will have to catch a shuttle to this lot from the baggage claim area if you are flying in. 2. If you are local please pick up at this address. 3. I will upload pictures of where the car is located in the app 4. The key will be in the car in the middle console along with the parking exit ticket. There will be a parking ticket fee paid by you to the parking lot for your convenience that should not supersede $12. If it does please let me know and I will reimburse whatever is over $12. 5. The car door will automatically be unlocked when you arrive to the vehicle. 6. Please take pictures of the car inside and outside and upload them to the app photos. This is for your protection in case something is broken or an accident happens. PLEASE DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP. 7. The Car does have an EZ tag so feel free to go through the EZ tag lane. It was my first time using this service and I must say that it was a breeze. The car was in good condition, clean and easy to ride. Carlos did a great job explaining the pick-up and drop-off process, and I will most certainly use this service again. Special shout out to the shuttle driver; nice man.
