1) DELIVERY: For your convenience, we offer vehicle delivery throughout various Houston destinations. A. HOME location: Pick up at our location (FREE) B. Guest’s Location: Get vehicle delivered at your address (Delivery fee Charged.) C. William P. Hobby Airport: Get vehicle delivered at airport (Delivery fee Charged.) D. George Bush Intercontinental Airport: Get vehicle delivered at airport (Delivery fee Charged.) 2)RE-FUELING: The vehicle is provided with fuel and should be returned with an equal fuel level. If you don't want to go through the hassle of filling the fuel back up we can take care of that, there will be an additional inconvenience fee of $10 plus the gas invoice. 3)TOLL ROAD CHARGES: You are able to use the tolls however, please expect to be charged for the tolls you use. As soon as we receive the statement, we will request reimbursement from you. 4)MILEAGE: Mileage is limited and you will be charged at per mile rate if you go over the allotted miles per the trip unless you pay for unlimited mile usage at $150/day. 5)Cleaning policy violation fee: If you return the car in a condition that could have only resulted from irresponsible or abusive behavior, we may charge you a violation fee of $150. Please return car in the same condition as you received it. 6)NO PETS/NO SMOKING: 🚭⚠️ the car is smoke and pet free. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. A $250 Smoking fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any physical evidence of smoking. Additionally $150 pet fee will be charged if any evidence of pet hair is detected upon return. Please be respectful of this policy.
