Nice, stylish, and super reliable car. Low mileage (~15k miles). Automatic transmission. -Back-up/reverse camera -Bluetooth -USB port -Power windows (front) -Cruise control -EZ tag (toll road access) The most efficient way to get to the pickup location (Greater Heights) is to take Uber/Lyft, which costs about $25-30 from IAH or HOU. The car will be provided clean, with a full gas tank. Please note that the car is expected to be returned in the same condition. If the car is returned dirty (exterior/interior) or without a full gas tank then reimbursement will be requested after the trip (as per Turo policy, $10 is automatically added as inconvenience fee on top of the reimbursement amount). Smoking and eating inside the car is not allowed. The charge for interior cleaning or removal of smoke smell is $150 each, as per Turo policy. If accompanied by any pet then please get the car cleaned thoroughly before returning. The charge for removal of pet hair/debris is $150, as per Turo policy. Thanks!

    No, the insurance and registration is applicable only within United States.

  • How does the EZ tag work?

    This car has EZ tag, which works on Westpark Tollway and Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Tollway) in Houston. If you drive on Beltway 8 or Westpark Tollway, then please drive on the EZ tag lane. Please DO NOT pay toll at the cash payment booth (if there is a cash payment lane - not always the case). The camera will still detect the car license plate and charge the toll to the car’s EZ tag account. Any toll road charges or traffic violations will be borne by the guest, requested after the trip via the app. As per Turo policy, there may be additional late charges or processing fee if not informed immediately.

  • Can the trip be extended?

    Please request the extension via the app. If the approval deadline is very close then please notify me via a call so that I can address the request before it expires.

    The car will be provided clean, with a full gas tank. Please note that the car is expected to be returned in the same condition. If the car is returned dirty (exterior/interior) or without a full gas tank then reimbursement will be requested after the trip (as per Turo policy, $10 is automatically added as inconvenience fee on top of the reimbursement amount). FYI, there are 2 gas stations with car wash within 2-3 minutes of the drop-off location: Exxon a few blocks South, and Shell a few blocks north. There is also a full-service car wash (Mister Car Wash) within 2-3 minutes of the drop-off location.

  • How to link the phone with Bluetooth for hands-free use?

    Please see the instructions in the pictures

  • What to do if there is an accident or damage to the car?

    Please call Turo to report the incident: the glove box has the insurance card with details (phone number, policy number, etc). Also, please verbally explain the incident/damage when dropping-off the car.
