How does pick-up and drop-off work at George-Bush Airport(IAH)?
1. We will personally meet you to hand off the vehicle. 2. We will park it in one of the terminal garages (AB Garage or CDE Garage) and send you more specific instructions on retrieving your vehicle. 3. If the terminal parking is full, we park cars at Eco Park 1 or 2. In this case, provide the shuttle driver with the location from the trip messages, and the driver will drop you right in front of the car. We ensure that you won't have to walk a lot, especially if you're carrying bags or have kids with you, and we strive to provide a smooth pick-up and drop-off process.
