Please kindly double check the pickup location and make sure it fits your needs. With gas prices climbing thru the roof, this Prius will save you money during those scenic, leisurely cruises around the island. To ensure the best experience for our guests, we have set a daily mileage limit of 200 miles. This is more than enough for exploring the beautiful island of Oahu. A round-trip around the island typically covers about 110 miles and takes approximately 5-6 hours, depending on stops and traffic. Our goal is to provide our guests with reliable vehicles for personal adventures and island excursions, rather than for commercial use like ride-sharing. We set this limitation because Turo allows our vehicles to be rented by gig drivers, such as Uber drivers, who may put excessive mileage on our cars, sometimes driving 300-400 miles per day. By limiting daily miles, we hope to focus on renting to those who want to enjoy Oahu at a relaxed pace. Cold AC. Large cargo space for luggage, beach chairs, and coolers. Our car has been well taken care of. Features include a large rear space to meet all your travel needs! It will not let you down! Before each delivery, we clean, sanitize and fill up the car with oil. Please take good care of it. If the car is not returned in the same clean condition as when you picked it up, you could be charged a cleaning violation per Turo policy.

981 Ahana Street, Honolulu, HI 96814, at the 2nd floor of the parking structure. Please know that the pick up location should be entered through the parking lot from 981 Ahana Street. Reminder to not go through the building, please enter through the parking structure only. You may proceed through the ramp leading to the 2nd floor. The stairs will be used upon exit once you are from the inside of the building.
Guidelines
-Please return the vehicle in the same condition you got it, Please be mindful of the condition the vehicle is returned in. Excessive dirt or sand may be subject to cleaning violation per Turo guidelines. The car may be immediately going out to another renter, and it's not fair to them to receive a car that isn't clean and ready to go. -No one can drive the car except approved drivers. Just get the person approved its fast, free and easy. -Please message me through Turo messages so I can see your profile, also so Turo can see our conversations. Thanks for inquiring about drop off and pick up at the airport or waikiki. We normally do not provide pick up and drop off service and recommend coordinating with an Uber or Lyft. My wife, may be available to drop off and/or pick up at the airport or waikiki. The One Way Trip extra that is offered to you, covers our costs (Uber and additional expenses) that are accrued when you select to have the car delivered to you at the airport. If airport drop off , please advise which airline you are arriving on so we can put the vehicle at the parking terminal nearest such airline. If waikiki drop off, please advise which location is convenient for you: (i) Royal Hawaii Shopping Center parking in the middle of waikiki, or (ii) the zoo at the east end of Waikiki. Thank you. Found multiple cockroaches in the car. The breaks didn’t work very well, as a result I felt unsafe driving. Also when having these issues no response from the owner!

What a nice car. Everything runs good and the Host was responsive and respectful when we need it! Also they gave us clear and easy instructions to find the car.

I booked for two days but then ended my rental 17 hours early. Got a message soon after saying i would be charged $50 for late return and that I had left an interior light on. I turned the light on to take photos because it was dark in the garage they had me return to. I'm pretty certain I turned it off after.
But I messaged the host saying I could go back and double check the lights if necessary. They did not respond. The next day I messaged them several more times before they finally responded and just repeated that I would be charged the fee. Like a robot. No customer service skills at all.
I contacted Turo support to dispute the charge and have to wait for them to get back to me.
Also the car was a POS 11 year old Prius. The brakes would make noise and vibrate the entire car when pressed.
I would avoid Rodney's Rentals at all costs. They just wanna take your money.
I've rented from others in Hawaii in the past and never had any issues.
