Juan was a fantastic person to deal with, from beginning to end. We weren’t familiar with MIA parking ramp and were too ignorant to find the car. Juan kept in contact and was willing to jump in an Uber to help us, but we finally found it. Car was great to drive, and we even extended our stay with the car. Juan was more than accommodating. Highly recommend him and his car.
