Matthew was very professional and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure my trip was a positive experience. He was upfront and honest about the Dodge Caliber having some minor exterior and interior cosmetic issues, and that it was more of a vehicle to get you from point A to point B, while on a budget. I will definitely rent from Matthew again.
