When a car is rented, please follow the rules of the road. This is to ensure your safety and the health of the vehicle. There is to be NO racing, reckless driving, drugs, or alcohol while renting this vehicle. *All speeding and traffic violations captured on video surveillance will have a 10% inconvenience fee. Please also keep in mind: • Smoking is prohibited for client courtesy reasons; some clients are allergic to cigarette & other odors. No marijuana either! There will be an additional charge for special deodorizing and cleaning if the vehicle returns with cigarette and marijuana odors. Evidence of smoking will lead to a $150Fee. • No pets!!! I love animals but the damage can get too severe to facilitate the next client. $150 Cleaning fee. • Please refuel to a full tank with mid-grade 87- fuel only – you will receive the vehicle with a full tank, so please return it with one. However, you may opt out from filling up by paying $30 ahead of your trip through the Extra options. •If you use the E-ZPass at any point on your trip you will be charged after trip is completed. Tolls may be charge a week later due to it taking a while to post on the EZPass account. *The last 6 numbers of the E-ZPass provided in the vehicle is: 331459. All airport deliveries are subject to parking fees. The first hour is free additional charges after accrue if flights are delayed. Please communicate trip updates directly to me. •Curb Rash Damage to the Rim(s) will be assessed. Charges could be upwards of $500.00. There is an automatic $250 deductible to sand and repaint a rim. If the rim is cracked the deductible is $500 for replacement. Fees are non negotiable.
