Worst experience of my life. The car was rented so we can have a great weekend looking at scenic sites and also getting to know the city, but instead, we ended up stranded in the middle of nowhere, due to the poor conditions of the wheels on the vehicle. When attempting to contact the host, he did not provide any help and blamed us for damage that was already there. He also ignored us when we attempted to fix the problem to return his vehicle safety. He was very aggressive when communicating and rarely picked up our calls. A beautiful trip ended terribly due to this horrifying experience. Having to sleep in the middle of nowhere, wasted approximately a day of vacation attempting to return the vehicle safely to this host. We also missed multiple reservations. We decided to go with Turo for the first time since it was recommended to us, but we would've prefer to walk everywhere instead of dealing with this situation and the owner of this vehicle.

Discussed did not report any issues with the car until two days after reading it. The guest lied and try to say that the car had a slow leak and a defective tire which is a completely false hood. You can clearly see from the damage under my car that the guest hit something very hard to dent my wheel. Instead of having a car towed he selfishly purchased two tires do not fit on my Tesla and is now damaged my anti-braking system and only God knows what else. I don’t recommend this guest
