It depends on the capacity of our lot at the time. We can accommodate if we have the room. Please inquire when booking, we cannot promise we can accommodate. We will NOT be responsible for personal cars left on our lot.

Guidelines

No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. Although car is pet friendly, please clean up and pet hair or remnants or there will be $150 cleaning fee assessed.

  • GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?

    Factory GPS is included in this car.

  • Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?

    Car will usually come with a full tank of Unleaded Premium 91 gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.

  • Will car come activated with toll pass?

    Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.

  • Do you offer car seats?

    We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install carseat

  • Is there smoking permitted in the car?

    NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

  • Do we have to clean the car when returning?

    Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. This was my first disappointing Turo experience as a guest. I’ve had a couple dozen experiences with Turo so the process isn’t unfamiliar to me. The good: this host has a 24/7 lot with a vast selection of vehicles and at least 2 team members on deck at any given time. Also the price for this particular vehicle was the best I could find on the east or west coast. The bad: the automated messaging and the robotic responses even when speaking to a human, tested my patience. The car wasn’t as clean as it should be. The ugly: I get to the lot 20 mins early as I usually do with all other Turo appointments. I had to wait for 25 mins and didn’t actually receive assistance until I confronted an employee and asked if it was a first come first serve process. It seemed like they were helping the guests with the loudest mouths and pushiest attitudes first. The employee was more upset that I called him out than acknowledging their disorganized process and attempting to course correct. Summary: If I had to do it again I would spend the extra dollars to receive the Turo experience I’ve come to enjoy. This felt like I was renting from a poorly run rent-a-car center.
