When it was time to drop off ignored my calls and is not a quick host and the car was shaking and check engine light is on

Drop off was same as pick up our location and here’s mailbox there and it’s open not locked lot! Why call just drop off check out and leave, why call my phone 20 times on Sunday morning! Some common sense would help maybe!

Car drove good but the appearance of the car was not the same as posted, rims paint was faded and dirty, car was not cleaned inside,dusty dashboard, had to wait for car to be cleaned outside a quick water hose wash,just think appearance could’ve been better, book the car the day before but I guess he didn’t realize it until I got there so had to wait.
