We expect you to have a stellar experience. You will get a clean car, inside and outside. Smoking is prohibited. Please follow the following guidelines: 1. Refill the tank before returning the car. If you don’t have time to refill it no problem, we'll refill it for you. NOTE there is a charge of $15 plus the cost of the fuel or you can purchase the "Prepaid-fuel" extra at checkout. 2. The Vehicle must be clean inside and out upon return. If the Vehicle is returned dirty, there will be a $30 charge or up to $250 for significant stains or residue on seat fabric or other hard to clean surfaces. (please read Turo's policies). For convenience purchase the "Post-trip cleaning" extra at checkout. 3. NO SMOKING IN THE CAR OF ANY KIND (Please read the Turo's policies for up to $250 Additional fee) 4. Renter is 100% responsible for any damages to the car Including curb rash and rim damage. 5. TOLLS: An electronic transponder will be in the vehicle. It will allow you to go through NJ EZ Pass and Toll-By-Plate expressways and highways without stopping. (NOTE that charges are not included in the rental price). You can also use Full Service lanes and pay for the tolls cash. Please leave receipts in the cup-holder.
