It was incredibly easy to walk out the door and pick up the car. No waiting in lines for the rental agency. The car was in great condition and Stephanie kept me well informed along the way.

Jonathon is the absolute best! We use Turo on most every trip these days because of the convenience and availability, and we’ve not had a better experience. To add, Jonathon was very knowledgeable with the area and assisted us with reservations when all restaurants appeared to be booked. A 5 star experience only because 10 were not available.

Tyler literally saved our families trip, allowing us to drop it off in Denver instead of back in vail so we could make a flight back to our small town in Iowa, who else would do that?!? This 4Runner made our trip possible. The roads and heavy snow was not a problem for this vehicle. It was comfortable and warm for our family of 6 as well. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Car had been sanitized (high touch surfaces wiped with alcohol wipes), but it would have been nice if the car (exterior and interior) had been cleaned. Every time something dropped in the car it was covered in dirt/dust. We took it to get washed ourselves because we could t take it. Car was great and Pat was easy to work with. Would definitely rent from him again.

Fantastic car for the mountains! I only wish I could give this trip 10 stars! Truly- Tyler made everything so easy and seamless. His communication was wonderful and very helpful. The Bronco was beautiful ( it got complements in Vail!!) and so easy , comfortable and safe to drive , even in the snow. Would highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer if I’m out this way again. 10 STARS !!!

Kate was a great communicator as well as a super nice lady. She went above and beyond, especially when I packed up the wrong bronco at the airport and almost drove it to aspen. We would definitely rent from Kate again.

Agustin went above and beyond being a wonderful Turo host! He communicated at every step of the way, even offered for us to use his dog bed and a towel for our Puppy while we were using his vehicle! The SUV was in fantastic condition, got good gas mileage, VERY roomy for a mid size SUV as it was much more comfortable than the full size Nissan Armada we rented the prior year. We will absolutely be renting from Agustin again!

This was a great rental! Chris was very communicative and pickup and drop off at the Vail airport was incredibly easy - he left the car right outside the exit to the airport.
