Otherwise, please be on time.

• Can you deliver?

  Yes! There is a fee involved for this service though because of the time, effort, and additional costs to us. Delivery is free if you rent for a longer duration!

• What type of gasoline does the car require?

  The C300 requires premium gasoline with an octane rating of 91 (premium) or higher. Want to skip refueling? We can do it for you for a small fee.

• Do I have to wash the Car? What if I spill something or make a mess?

  I ask that you be respectful of the car. Future guests and I will appreciate it, so please clean up after yourself. Doing this helps keep the cost of this rental affordable. You do not have to wash or sanitize the vehicle.

• Is the car equipped with Bluetooth, security, and other connectivity features?

  Yes, the car has Bluetooth as well as USB and auxiliary inputs. The vehicle also has a passive alarm on the key fob as well as a remote GPS tracking alarm system for safety and security alerts. Any tampering or removal of these devices is prohibited.

• What should I do if I get pulled over?

  Please remain calm and respectful. I am not a lawyer, but you do have the right to remain silent and not answer questions. You should have and provide your driver's license while operating the car. The Turo Travelers policy proof of insurance and a registration copy is located in the glove box for you to provide to the police officer. You are responsible for any traffic violations.

• What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?

  *24/7 Roadside Assistance Number 1-415-965-4525* - If there's an accident, I hope you're ok. Remain at the scene; check everyone involved for injuries. Exchange contact and insurance information with all parties involved. Contact the police and ask them to file a traffic collision report. Collect evidence: photographs, notes, and contact information of witnesses. Report the accident immediately to Turo.

• Does the car have a toll EZ Pass?

  Yes! You can zip right through the EZ Pass lanes. You will be responsible for tolls accumulated during your trip. An invoice will be sent through Turo.
