When traveling with a pet The car must be returned clean and free of all and any pet hair. ⛽️ Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was delivered to you with. 📆 If you need to change the duration of your trip, let me know ASAP! I am very flexible and will do my absolute best to accommodate you, but you must communicate BEFORE your trip ends. ✨️ I will work to ensure the car is clean before each rental. Please respect the next renter by bringing it back clean. A cleaning fee will apply if you bring the car back excessively dirty, or smelling of smoke.

• How does airport pick up work? (GRR - Gerald R Ford Airport)

  Airport pickup is contactless, to avoid any issues at the terminal, we'll use a long-term parking lot (north lot), a lockbox, and detailed instructions. I will also need to confirm your identity via the app following Turo's guidelines. If this doesn't work for you, please let me know ASAP!

• Can I return it at the airport?

  Yes, I ask all renters to return it to the North Lot, I am responsible for paying the parking fee when I retrieve the vehicle.

• Do I need to wash the car upon returning it?

  It's not required! The car does have unlimited car washes at Tommy's Express, so you can run it through there as many times as are needed! The car must be clean enough to show that there's no damage. • What is the "Airport fee"?

  Gerald R. Ford Airport now charges an "Airport Fee", this is collected by Turo and paid to the airport for the right and convenience of operating on airport property. I keep my Airport "Pickup Fee" as low as possible to cover the time and expense of delivering and picking up my car at the airport. Message me once you book if you have any questions!
