I had an amazing experience renting this Tesla! The car was clean, reliable, and drove smoothly throughout my trip to SF. The host was great at communicating promptly, which I really appreciated. The Tesla exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and dependable rental. I’ll definitely rent again!

The rental experience with this Tesla Model 3 was mixed, with both positive and negative aspects worth noting.
Pros:
• The car was clean and well-presented upon pickup, which I appreciated.
• The host was responsive and communicative when I raised concerns, quickly offering solutions to address the issues.
• The host agreed to reimburse me for two unused rental days and for the wiper fluid I had to purchase separately.
Cons:
• Unfortunately, the car’s tires were dangerously worn, with no tread and visible steel cords. This made the car unsafe to drive and caused significant inconvenience, as I was unable to use the vehicle for two days during my trip.
• The car lacked windshield washer fluid upon pickup, which I had to fill on my own.
• While the host addressed the issue after I reported it, this is something that should have been checked and resolved before the car was rented out.
Overall, while I appreciate the host’s responsiveness and willingness to resolve the problems, the safety issues with the vehicle were a major concern and disrupted my plans. I would recommend the host take extra steps to ensure their vehicles are fully inspected and roadworthy before renting them out.
