So great! Perfect little car to get around the city in. Great gas mileage too! Easy pick up and drop off.

All went well on the trip. Patrick was very responsive. I couldn't get on the app, however, he responded to my texts immediately.

Alright car until you drive it off and then everything starts to go wrong. If you want your moneys worth get a diff car because this one is not it

Patrick gave us a different Fiat than the one we rented because the original had been broken into. The replacement Fiat had a defective seatbelt sensor and kept beeping, which had to be a known issue. It also had defective airbags, but at least that didn’t cause constant beeping. This was a 2 week rental so we requested a replacement car a day after we got the first one. Five days later we finally got a replacement (also with defective airbags), but it was delayed several times during that pickup day, making us wait for several hours at a nearby shop because Patrick’s assistant said he needed to register it. That apparently wasn’t true, because we realized a few days later that the license plate stickers had expired 3 months ago and there was no registration in the car. So we were driving for a week with expired plates and no registration. Fortunately we weren’t stopped, as both of those are ticketable offenses in CA. I’m giving two stars instead of one because at least the second car (a Hyundai Accent) was a good car, other than the defective airbags. However, we would definitely NOT rent a car again from Patrick.
