It’s not convenient by any means. The charging stations don’t work. The car had 20 miles when arrived and had to be towed back.

You booked last minute & I dropped off the car w/ 30 not 20 miles. You chose not to take any of my advice. In your words, “I think you did a great job, it’s not you, it’s the access to charge. You tried to prepare me, i appreciate you and apologize”. I provided excellent customer service.
