Although I only rated him 2 stars, I want to preface my comments by highlighting some of the good things about my overall experience. The host was very responsive and verse in how the car functions. The car ran well and I had no mechanical issues/engine lights. However, outside of these experiences, when I picked up the car, it appeared as if it hadn't been washed in between prior trips and had finger prints all over the windows. The host told me to make sure I wash the car before returning it. I then mentioned the condition of the exterior of the car and the host chuckled then diverted from my statement. I mentioned to him that I would ensure the interior would be clean, but I would not be washing the car as it wasn't washed upon me picking it up. Upon returning the car, the host accepted it and said everything looks good. I then received a call from him about an hour later with him stating that there were damages to the vehicle that I never witnessed while it was in my possession. He proceeded to raise his voice and said he will be filing a claim then hung up the phone. He called back the next day even more irate and began yelling as soon as I answered the phone. He tried to pressure me into accepting responsibility for the damages in the claim, although I never witnessed the damages as I stated to both him and to the claims representative who reached out to me from Turo. I mentioned to him that I hadn't yet completed his review and his tone changed, he stopped yelling, and began talking to me in a calm and more respectful manner. Overall, I was happy with the car and the trip but very disappointed in the way I was treated by the host. He was very unprofessional. Despite his behavior on the phone I remained calm and professional throughout. This was my first trip on Turo, and after this negative experience I am not sure I will rent another vehicle from this service. I tried to avoid giving my money to the big car rental businesses by trying to help the smaller independent owners, but after being treated this way by the host I have to reconsider.

Prince was great and so accommodating. Will be using this car again the next time I’m in town. My first time driving a Tesla and I loved it. Smooth ride and all the gizmos and gadgets. Easy pickup and drop off.

Absolutely enjoyed this Tesla Prince is a fantastic host. If you're looking for the best car to drive the best host to communicate with bypass all other Tesla rentals and rent from Prince I'm going back next week for another ride..

I got the extended test drive I wanted and really enjoyed the car. The self driving feature is waaaay cool for the highway. Prince was very kind and a super responsive host. He explained how you can charge the car too.
