Non smoking car Our car is cleaned and disinfected after each rental. Car will be provided with at least 3/4 tank of gas. Overall, the process was straightforward, offering easy no-contact pickup and drop-off, which was convenient.
However, I did encounter a minor challenge when locating the car early in the morning, which required some searching. Once found, the vehicle was clean and drove smoothly initially. Unfortunately, towards the end of my trip, the check engine light came on, which made me uncomfortable continuing to drive it. As a result, I opted to return the car early.
The owner was responsive in addressing my concerns, but their responses seemed somewhat nonchalant. Despite this issue, I would consider using again for future rentals, as the overall experience was decent.
