James was very quick to respond and very helpful! The car was very clean and comfortable. There was a slight rattling noise which I made James aware of and he was very responsive. I would rent from James again!

The car is great, very clean, pleasant to drive and good mileage per gallon. James was an excellent host and sent simple, easy to follow instructions. He also does not keep contacting often to see how the day is going with the car. He is mature, allowed me to rent the car, and left me free to use it responsibly. With Turo MANY HOSTS keep texting me at the end of the day to make sure of the car's delivery time, (which can even cause an accident) if I try to answer... James and the car deserve 10 rating points for sure.
