Vehicle Guidelines Unscheduled Pickup Fees If a vehicle requires an unscheduled pickup, the following additional fees will apply: Within 10 miles: $50 10 – 25 miles: $75 Over 25 miles: $75 base fee + $1 per additional mile Rental Duration & Extensions Vehicles must be returned by the agreed-upon return time. If an extension is needed, renters must request it at least 24 hours before the return time. Approval is subject to availability. Late returns without an approved extension will incur a $50 per hour fee, up to the daily rental rate. Fuel Policy All vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of rental. If a vehicle is returned without being refueled, the renter will be charged for the actual cost of the fuel plus a $10 convenience fee. Damage Fees Renters are responsible for any new damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear. Interior Damage: Rips, burns, stains, or excessive spills will result in repair or cleaning charges. Body Damage: Scratches, dents, or other exterior damage will be assessed, and repair costs will be charged accordingly. Tire & Windshield Damage Renters are responsible for any flat tires, blowouts, or damage to tires unless caused by a mechanical failure. Nails in tire will be charged $40 per nail if able to patch or replacement cost if the tire must be replaced. Wheel damage including curb scuffs, rim chips and otherwise damaged rim/wheel will be charged $400 per wheel. Windshield chips, cracks, or other glass damage occurring during the rental period will be charged at replacement cost. Excessive Cleaning Fee Vehicles must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. A minimum $50 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive dirt, pet hair, spills, trash, or odors. Child Safety Seat Rentals If a child safety seat is rented and not returned with the vehicle, a $250 replacement fee will be charged. Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or vaping, is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged. Towing & Off-Roading Policy Vehicles may not be used for towing, off-roading, racing, or any activity that could cause excessive wear or damage. Any unauthorized towing or off-road use will result in a minimum $500 penalty plus any additional repair costs. Unauthorized Modifications Renters may not make any modifications to the vehicle, including but not limited to: Window tinting Adding decals or stickers Altering the engine or electrical components Any unauthorized modifications will result in a $250 penalty plus the cost to restore the vehicle to its original condition. Accidents & Emergencies In the event of an accident, renters must notify us immediately and provide a police report if applicable. Renters are responsible for any damage not covered by their insurance. Roadside Assistance: is not provided. Guest will be responsible for any towing, roadside fuel and battery jump as well as any other issue not related to the vehicles maintenance. Tolls, Tickets, & Additional Fees The renter is responsible for all tolls, traffic tickets, parking violations, and any other fees incurred during the rental period. If the host has to resolve any outstanding tickets, tolls, or violations on behalf of the renter, a $50 administrative fee will be charged per incident in addition to the actual cost of the ticket, toll, or fee. These guidelines ensure smooth operations and fairness for all renters. Please adhere to them to avoid additional charges. *** All vehicles are equipped with GPS, tracking device and/or manufacturer monitoring equipment. Guests are not allowed to remove, disable or manipulate any devices located on or within the vehicle.
