Ashma made this a very smooth 1st experience. She was absolutely wonderful. This car was such a smooth ride and made our little vacation hassle free! This car is so good on gas which made the trip even more affordable. Ashma is a very prompt and excellent communicator. I consider myself very thorough but she also made sure to catch little details i missed which saved me even more $. I would highly recommend renting from her as she is very fair and honest!

This car owner (Jerry Ownby) is a pro. I rented his Camry Hybrid in March, 2021. He quickly responded to my questions before the trip. He was there to greet me at our appointed pick up up time and he walked me through the car to make sure I was familiar with the buttons and controls of this hybrid, (which got close to 40 mpg.) I was pleased to see he lives in a safe, well lit, easy-to-find neighborhood. And the car was a dream to drive with safety features like lane drift warning and radar assisted cruise control. I highly recommend renting Jerry's car and will do so myself on future trips to Phx. You won't be disappointed.

The car and service provided by Michael was amazing! It was the best experience so far on Turo. The car was exactly as described and present in the photos and Michael was more than accommodating the entire time. I can’t express how great of an experience it was. You wouldn’t get the same level of service from a car rental company honestly. He far out preforms enterprise, hertz or any of the big name rental companies. I highly recommend Michael and any of his vehicles. He’ll go out of his way to ensure you have what you need and throw in extras wherever he can. I’ll be renting from him every time I go to Phoenix, I don’t plan to look beyond him.

Robert was super accommodating and Easy to interact as a host. I used the car for three day initially and had a flight cancellation which added 2 more days. Robert helped me rebook the car after i checked out initially. He really made the trip under the circumstances. Also the car had superb mileage and came spotless. Would highly recommend booking with him!

This was a really nice, attractive, car! It handled great, had no mechanical issues, and was clean. I didn't take the time to bluetooth my phone to the car but, the stereo system was still nice. If you wanted to turn up your favorite song, you wouldn't be disappointed in the sound. The only minute issue with the car would be the leather seats. I'm not use to my butt sliding around in a seat. Lol. Here's why you should rent Brett's car: He made this car very easy to rent. I was able to rent it with my debit card. I didn't have to have a utility bill which, if you're renting with others, can be an issue if the utility bill is under another roommate's account. I didn't have to show proof of a return airline ticket. I didn't have that airport luxury tax included into the cost of my rental. The car was super easy to pick up and drop off. My rental agent, Brett, was very friendly AND didn't make me wait in a 1.5+ hr rental line to pick up my car or drop it off. And, this was clean, attractive, and nice to drive, very roomy. I'd definitely recommend renting both through Turo and with Brett again. You'll save yourself time, money, hassles, and stress. That's the way renting a car should be!

The contactless line of business was new to me but totally understandable. That being said Jzendra helped make my trip to AZ and a family function totally enjoyable. I rented the car from Liah for a little under a month. During that time the communication to and from Liah was amazing and always responsive even if it was at the last minute. The prices were very reasonable and if I need to rent again I will definitely choose Liah as a host again.

The car is awesome, seriously drives really well, Matt is really nice and he let me extend my trip like 4 times and at one point got a flat tire on the freeway. He was very helpful. I had some issues arise and unfortunately brought his car back about 3 hours late. He was not rude at all just checked in with me. Great car to ride around in a while.

Adam is super responsive, easy-going, and cool, this was my first Turo and I had a lot of questions and he was very nice about answering them and it not making me feel bad when I was about 15 minutes late! The Prius is great, I had never driven one before and it is quite a zippy a little car, drove it on the highway pretty far and it can definitely keep up with everyone else, plus when you park it it’s a dream because it’s nice and compact. I had five adults in here, five bags for traveling, a bunch of other personal bags, and we were able to fit it all. I would definitely rent this car again!
This was my first time using Turo......soI had “my concerns” being something totally new. As far as my Host, Elliot......he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I’ll use him again if I get into another “pickle”, needing to rent a car at a GREAT PRICE!!! In regards to the “Turo Platform”, I’d say there’s MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. I could tell, my Host/Elliot took way too much unnecessary time to make my “rental experience” with HIM a POSITIVE ONE........IF it wasn’t for his CARE or CONCERN, I can only imagine how frustrated I may have become!🤦♂️
