Good car, great host, easy pick up. Only thing is Turo is a damn scam, the app itself charges the same amount per day as the rental as a “trip fee”. Literally rent through anything else.

Car was great! Very clean and smooth to drive! Driving it was so fun and I personally have fell in love with BMW’s now. Host was great and very attentive. Cuong won’t disappoint you! :)

Cuong was great to work with, made the experience seemless! The only reason why I am not leaving 5 stars was the car had a shaking feeling while braking and the car went into limp mode on my trip for about 2 hours, but then went back to normal. An error popped up on the dash about the drivetrain. Really enjoyed the car otherwise, it is in good condition and was a great option for my trip. If I get the opportunity to work with Cuong again I would gladly do so. Very strong communicator through the app!
