BEFORE PICKING UP THE VEHICLE: In order to facilitate our reservations, we use a 3rd park service called Remote Check-In Online. You will need to get your reservations confirmed BEFORE YOU GET TO THE VEHICLE!! If you do not complete these step before arriving at the car, you will have to take the 5-10 minutes while at the lot. We highly suggest doing this before you get to the car! You have received both an in-app and text message with your reservation number and a 5-Digit Code used to keep our process secure. If you have any issues, you can go to http://remotecheckin.online and request a new code by entering your reservation number and "Resend Code." PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Our address is 4783 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75034 Please follow all these steps to check into the car. **Please make sure to complete step 4** 1. Once you arrive please head to the southside of the building directly next to the car wash 2. You will find the car parked in one of the side parking spaces on the south side of the building 3. Once you’ve confirmed your trip on Remotechekin.online you will receive a text message to your phone number on file 20 minutes before your trip starts. This text will contain the car's details including the cars Make, Model, License Plate and a 6 digit Car Number. Match that number to the car with the same 6 digit number. This number will be on the drivers side window, bottom corner. Make sure you are at the correct car. Once you have arrived at the correct car click that link in the text to begin the “check in” process and unlock the car. (IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR TRIP YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO UNLOCK THE CAR) 4. You will be required to take the following photos INSIDE THE TURO APP to qualify for any protections and to avoid any surprise charges to your account. Please use the “check in” button on the Turo app to start the photo process. You will need to take the following photos: EXTERIOR: - all four sides of the car - all four corners of the car - any close up pictures of any damages you see on the car. INTERIOR: - all seats - miles and battery level 5. If you could not get any of the specific required photo during the check in process because of how the car was parked, it’s best to back the car about halfway out of the parking space so you can take any additional photos of the car. 6. Enjoy the car, you will be returning the car to the same location you picked it up at. DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS: FUEL POLICY: Turo policy is that the car must be brought back on the same fuel level you received it. You will be charged for the gas plus a $10 admin fee by Turo. You will be parking the car in the same location as where you picked it up. Please follow these important steps to return the car... ***Please make sure to complete step 3*** Address: 4783 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75034 1. Drive into the parking lot entrance and head to the same area you picked up the car. 2. You can park the car in the same area that you picked the car up in. 3. Make sure to end your trip by checking out in the Turo app taking all following required photos. EXTERIOR: - all four sides of the car - all four corners of the car - any close up pictures of any damages you see on the car. INTERIOR: - all seats - miles and battery level 4. Place the key back into the glove box (Same place you found them) and lock the car with the keys inside. 5. If the car is unable to lock, it's OK just notify us and we will lock the car. DISCLAIMER - If you were charged any deposits, any and all deposits will be returned within 10 days after your trip ends pending any incidentals or damages. It may take your bank up to 7-10 business days to receive deposit after it is returned. PARKING TICKETS: If you received any parking tickets you are responsible for paying those parking tickets. Turo will charge up to a $25 fee per ticket, plus any late fees and the cost of the ticket. We are a small business operation with multiple cars and multiple reservations throughout one day so please be patient with any messages and calls as we might be helping another customer.   • Can I smoke in the car?

    No Smoking allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, Turo will charge up to a $250 cleaning fee.

  • Do I need to return car clean?

    Yes, If there is any excessive cleaning needed such as: animal hair, food stains, water stains, beach sand, or excessive mud in which we have to shampoo the seats or mats Turo will charge up to a $250 cleaning fee. We do offer the option to purchase a post trip LIGHT cleaning for $20 to avoid the $50 cleaning fee. This post trip cleaning does not cover excessive cleaning only light cleaning such as light dirt on the outside and dust and crumbs on the inside.

  • Do I need to fill the car with gas before returning?

    If you do not purchase pre-paid fuel the car needs to be returned at its original fuel level. If car is brought back not at its original fuel level you will be charged to replace the fuel plus a $25 admin fee charged direct from Turo. If you purchase the prepaid fuel option car will come full and you can return it on any fuel level.

  • Does the car have a toll pass for express lanes, toll roads, and bridges?

    Car will come with built in toll pass that is accessible at all state toll roads, express lanes, and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement once the toll(s) arrive into toll account and payable via Turo app. It can take from 30-90 days to get the toll charges.

  • Is there GPS built in?

    There is no GPS built in, I recommend using Waze or Google maps.

  • What if my incoming flight is early or late?

    Please let us know right away that your flight is early or late. Sometimes our cars book back to back so if your flight is early please notify us when you land and we can let you know if the car is ready for you to pick up or when it will be ready for pick up. If you are late, do not stress, your can still catch the shuttle to the car once you arrive. This service is only available if you booked for “Dallas Fort Worth Airport” delivery option and not available if you chose option pick up vehicle at “Frisco, 75034”.

  • How does DFW Delivery service work?

    Seamless Dallas/Fort Worth Airport service - Once you arrive at the airport you will catch a shared airport shuttle bus to your car. Once you have all your bags and you are ready to be picked up you will head to the airport “designated shuttle pick up area”. Once you arrive at the car you will unlock the car with your phone and be on your way. When your trip is over you will take the shuttle bus back to the airport. This service is not free and is only available if you book for “Dallas/Fort Worth Airport” and not for vehicle pick up of vehicle at “Frisco, 75034”. Make sure to select “Dallas/Fort Worth Airport” at check out or this service will not be provided.

  • If I get your DFW service is that for pick up only?

    DFW service is round trip to the car and back to the airport.

  • What if I get a parking ticket?

    Parking Tickets need to be paid directly by you once you get the ticket. If you fail to pay the parking ticket you will be charged for the ticket, plus any penalties, and a $25 admin fee charged directly by Turo.

  • How does our 3rd party/remote exchange reservation service work?

    We use a very easy customer friendly service that helps you get fully checked into your car. They will exchange the car over to you remotely and guide you step by step on how to get checked in. Once you book your reservation you will receive special instructions on how to check into your car. If you have any further questions you can call us on the phone number provided once you book your car.

  • How do I purchase a Protection Plan?

    Once you book your trip you can add our different protection coverages via the extras at check out or you can purchase coverage through our third party service once you confirm your reservation.
