Car entry was fairly simple due to not actually meeting with owner. However, the car was not as clean as expected. I later figured this was due to the owner requesting renters to stop at the car wash and clean the car after using. I personally feel like this should be left to the owner (outside of big trash). The car is a smooth riding vehicle. Besides the cleanliness, good rental.

Sorry you feel this way Gracen, I use the free car wash so that customers can clean the car for free in the easiest way possible as every Turo host will ask you to clean the car. I’m sure you know Fresno has been flooding the last week so it has been difficult to keep the floor mats clean with quick turnarounds for trips.

Pickup in the parking lot at Fresno Airport was a breeze (was $14 to get car out of the lot though). Responds quickly to messages. Car was clean and drove nicely. Very worth the value we paid for rental. So much easier than a rent a car desk!
