Car will be located in the office building parking under the shed. If you are planning on leaving your car, please park it on the street outside at your own risk; it it's generally safe area. DO NOT PARK INSIDE THE COMPLEX AS IT CAN BE TOWED There will be a Key Card I have kept inside the car. I will open the car remotely for you.

Terms and guidelines: Absolutely NO SMOKING and no pets allowed in the car. As a general rule, please return the car in the same condition/same level of charge you received it with. As an added benefit, this car comes with FREE CLEANING and FREE CAR WASH. You can use my FREE car wash pass at Jack’s Car Wash Co at 8995 N Cedar Ave, Fresno, CA 93720. I have already paid for this so its FREE of cost to you. Turo has changed their cleaning policy to charge $150 for cars returned excessively dirty, so use the free car wash pass before you return it! I will make sure the car has a minimum of 75 miles at the time of pickup. Please return the vehicle with the same range (or more) as received to avoid a charging fee and convince fees. If you feel like you are in danger, or that you cannot get to a safe place, please call 911 emergency line. If you the car is in an accident, get to a safe location and notify us immediately. There is insurance information in the glove compartment. If the vehicle is disabled and you need further assistance, give me a call. Turo has a strict insurance policy that ends when your trip ends. If you need more time, please notify us. Keep in mind the time it takes to recharge your rental vehicle when planning to arrive at your return time. Not notifying us before your scheduled return time may result in fees listed under Turo support found here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines Tesla mobile access is not to be disabled at any time. If for any reason you must disable this, please notify me first. If the Tesla Mobile access is disabled, valet mode will be enabled, and the vehicle will be reported stolen to local law enforcement. You will be responsible for all fees as a result of this. To preserve the longevity of battery, it is not recommended to charge the car beyond 90%. If you need to charge the car beyond this point, please ask me first. Any damage to the battery you will be responsible for. Alternatively, DO NOT let the battery drop below 10 miles. If the battery is below this, it automatically notifies me. This damages the battery further and you will be responsible for those damages also. If the car runs out of battery, you will be responsible for getting it towed to a supercharger and there will be an additional $100 charge. Feel Free to use the Tesla Superchargers. You will be billed for supercharging at the end of your rental. Also when at a supercharger make sure to move the car as soon as it’s done charging to avoid any idle fees Tesla charges, which you will be responsible for. You will be responsible for any toll charges. I will request a reimbursement through the Turo app at the end of your trip. If you loose the Key Card or adapter you will be responsible for paying for new ones. Please be mindful of the rules above. All rentals are unique and some rentals may need special rules. If you need anything, feel free to ask, and I will try to accommodate your request.

• How do I pay for Supercharging?

  You can use the Tesla Supercharging network and it will charge the card on file. Once your trip is done, I will request a reimbursement for the charging costs. **remember to avoid idle fees, don't leave the car plugged in for longer than the time it shows**
