Car was really nice and comfortable to drive!
The pickup on LAX involved a shuttle which you need to call in. A Turo procedure that could be improved. Also, upon picking up the car you need to pay USD 35 for parking and upon returning the car, you need to pay another USD35 for parking. These fees are a Turo procedure which is really onerous. And make little sense.
Shamil attention and communication has been great and I would truly recommend him to anyone booking a car in LA.
Turo's procedure around the LAX airport need a revamp.
