Friendly and responsive host. Original car (model 3) had a cracked windshield but offered a model Y alternative which also had a cracked windshield. I was offered a 3rd alternative (model 3) with a good windshield. I should have taken that but opted to try the Y. The plan was to have the car waiting at the airport but instead we waited 20 minutes for delivery.

Brett, I was kind enough to upgrade you free of charge to a model Y and went to pick it up and drop the model Y to you at the airport for your convenience. You were unresponsive until the day of your trip when you landed in RSW. If you had communicated with me prior, we could have made better arrangements. I still left you a 5 star review for returning the car on time and clean.
