Guidelines

❗️ALL MESSAGES WILL BE SENT THROUGH TURO❗️ ❌No track racing ❌No illegal speeding ❌No open alcoholic beverages inside the car 💳 For CONTACTLESS check-in.. Because we’re not meeting face to face, you (the primary guest) must upload license photos for me to review. *You must upload the required verification photos 24 hours or less before your trip start time. I will not give you vehicle access if you haven’t uploaded photos within this timeframe. You can upload your license in the photo section of your Trip Tab. 👤Only the person that booked the car is authorized to pickup and receive the car. You, as the primary driver, must be present at check-in and checkout. An additional driver is not permitted to pick up or to return the vehicle. To add an authorized secondary driver, they MUST be an approved driver on the Turo Platform. I will be verifying your driver’s license. ⏰Please pickup and return on time to prevent inconveniencing you or drivers renting after you. Fees apply starting at 30 minutes past the time the scheduled trip ends. If you arrive late to pick up the vehicle without notice and haven’t uploaded verification photos, I may think you’re a “no-show” and cancel the trip. If that happens, you won’t be entitled to a refund. 🔋If you request the car to be delivered, you will receive the car with whatever battery level it took to have it delivered. You will NOT have a full charge. *Keep this in mind for deliveries around Miami. 🔋At no point should you allow the charge to be on empty. Keep the charge level above 15% at all times. Not doing so can result in the car dying in the middle of the road and having to have it towed by a specific tow truck to a location to have it reset and charged. This not only takes hours but is very costly and ruins the battery. *You will be subject and invoiced the towing related fees. 🔋Unless you purchased the Prepaid EV Recharge Extra, you must return the car with at least 70% battery or you will be charged $20 for an inconvenience fee. *No recharge necessary WITH the prepaid EV recharge extra. 🧼Unless you paid for the Post-Cleaning Extra, you are required to return the car clean, the way it was given to you. If the car is returned unreasonably dirty, you will be subject up to a $250 fine and potential removal from the platform. 🚭No smoking! Guests and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any vehicle in the Turo marketplace. This smoking policy covers the use of but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. *The guest may be subject to a fine up to $250 and potential removal from the platform. 🔋Do not leave the car at the Tesla charger. I provide FREE SUPERCHARGING, however, Tesla bills $1 for every minute the car sits with a FULL charge. Be very careful as it can be costly. *At the end of your trip, I will send an invoice for the total cost that the car sits since it will be billed to my card. 🚦 The car has a SunPass. A request for reimbursement will be sent to you at the end of your trip. You’re responsible for bridge or road tolls, parking tickets, towing costs, and moving violation tickets. If you proactively pay a ticket or toll, we won’t charge you a payment processing fee later, if not, an invoice will be sent to you after your trip. ⚙️ The rims scratch very easily so make sure to give extra room when cornering or parking. The cost to repair a damaged rim is $150 per rim. *Repair costs will be invoiced to you after your trip
