Guidelines

PLEASE NOTE: Assuming no damages, of course, reimbursement can be requested after your trip for any of the following that apply. This is typical for virtually any car rented on Turo and other places. 1. TOLLS: A report will be posted on the trip page for tolls, airport fees, and express lane fees. You always get the lowest posted rate with the TollTag. 2. GAS: You must refill the gas tank near the pickup/return spot, or it will be filled nearby. A picture of the gas receipt will be posted on the trip page. Note that Turo may add a $10 inconvenience fee. 3. CLEANING: If car is returned significantly dirtier than when received, reimbursement may be requested. The maximum request is $250, but this is for a vehicle with "multiple cleanliness issues" such as smoking, animal hair, etc. The Post-trip Cleaning Extra is very inexpensive. This is always be the easiest and best option. Do not leave face diapers in the car, or you will be charged for disposal of medical waste. If it isn't medical, then why are you wearing it? 4. MILEAGE: ALWAYS see what mileage is included when you rent any car, and track your mileage (using the trip odometer is easiest), to avoid any extra mileage charges! If you think you MIGHT need extra miles, please consider the Unlimited Mileage Extra. Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed. I love my Pugs, too, but no pets allowed, please! Finally, please also refrain from eating and drinking in the car! This is not your older, high-mileage car, as I often see on Turo. The SS Camaro is a high-performance, well-maintained car that is like new, with low mileage and no damages inside or out. I make sure that I deliver a vehicle that is clean inside & out, completely full of gas, windshield washers full, oil checked, and tires aired evenly and properly. Please return clean and full of gas. I strongly recommend that you consider the extras offered, especially for Post-Trip Cleaning. DRIVER BEHAVIOR: Due to the rare but unfortunate events involving policy violations such as abuse of the car and dangerous driving, including damage to the car, I am more closely monitoring the data from the installed Telematics and GPS, including repeated very hard accelerations, hard braking, and highest speed driven. The car's condition will also be closely checked, including tire wear and condition before and after. Abuse will not be tolerated - it will be reported to Turo, and your rental could even be terminated early. The car is a high-performance car and it's OK to drive it like one, but it's rented to be enjoyed, not abused.

  • How do I pay for toll roads and express lanes?

    Car has an NTTA Tolltag for your convenience. All of the DFW toll roads and express lanes are unattended. Don't slow down, just drive through. Toll roads and Express Lanes often have a higher speed limit and are almost always less congested. If you use the tolltag for toll roads and/or express lanes, a Reimbursement Request will be made via Turo, for your vehicle during your rental period. You always get the lowest posted rate with the TollTag.

Fantastic vehicle and great customer service! Keith was very responsive to texts/calls, and he is a pleasure to work with. Flying into town, I needed a car to drive to my niece's wedding - I could not have been happier with the ride, performance, and envious comments I received. 10/10 would rent from Keith, again.
