Do not exterior wash during the trip. I hand wash my car, please select the post clean up. Premium gas only. Receipts will be checked after the trip. Renter is responsible for all damages occurred during the trip. Its easy to curb/pot hole damage the low profile tire and wheels and it can be costly- $200 for repair, $400 for tire replacement, $900 for wheel replacement - so please be cautious to avoid any damage. HUD windshield from BMW is costly. cracks on windows may be charged up to $1500 for replacement.

Penny wise .. pound foolish.. returned clean car and tried to charge for cleaning

The car was not clean. Full of buts on the bumper and windshield. Was gonna give a break on late return which he never communicated but now he gets to pay for both cleaning and late return. Very foolish and a lier.. From his reviews seems like this is a regular for him. such miss behaving person like him should not be allowed in this community and learn a lesson.

Han was easy to work with, prompt in responding, and I enjoyed renting the car (it was very clean and obviously a high quality car). I'd rent again!
